1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using TechStride's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
TechStride provides lead generation services through AI-powered social network advertising. Our services include:
- Qualified lead generation at rates of $40-60 per lead
- Social media advertising campaign management
- Lead qualification and verification
- Analytics and reporting services
- Customer support and account management
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required for qualified leads only. Our pricing structure is as follows:
- Standard Channel: $40 per qualified lead
- Premium Channel: $50 per qualified lead
- Enterprise Channel: $60 per qualified lead
Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Lead Quality Standards
A qualified lead must meet the following criteria:
- Expressed genuine interest in your product or service
- Provided accurate and complete contact information
- Meets your specified demographic and geographic criteria
- Has not been previously contacted by your organization
- Responds to initial contact attempts within 72 hours
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your target audience
- Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of lead information
6. Service Limitations
TechStride makes no guarantees regarding:
- Conversion rates or sales outcomes
- Specific lead volume delivery timelines
- Availability of leads in all industries or markets
- Uninterrupted service availability
7. Intellectual Property
All proprietary technology, algorithms, and methodologies used by TechStride remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our technology.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes lead data, pricing information, and business strategies.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- Access to our platform and services will be discontinued
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
10. Limitation of Liability
TechStride's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
13. Changes to Terms
TechStride reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance.
